About
As an organisational psychologist, I have always been attracted to a dual career in research and intervention.
My professional expertise lies in organizational development, change management, assessment and testing and organizational diagnosis. During the past years, I have worked as an organizational development consultant at CHUM, a university hospital in Montreal, Canada and Hydro Quebec, as a training and assessement consultant at CFC consulting and as a assessment and selection consultant at André Filion & Associates Inc. I also had the opportunity to collaborate on many projects as an freelance consultant with organizations such as ESSE Leadership. I also have a BPS Level A&B certificate in Occupational Testing.
During my PhD, I looked at the relationship between authenticity, subjective well-being at work and meaning of work amongst public organizations’ managers . I also worked as postdoctoral research fellow within the Organisational Psychology Group at City University in London, UK. I first joined the group as a research associate in 2007 and worked in close collaboration with Dr Paul Flaxman on psychological detachment from work. I was awarded a postdoctoral fellowship by IRSST and my research focused on occupational health psychology, particularly on psychological detachment from work and authenticity at work and their impact on occupational well-being and performance. Through my collaboration with Paul, I have developed a sharp interest for acceptance commitment therapy in the workplace.
